Moist Prime Moisture-Tolerant Epoxy Floor System
Product Description: A 2-component, epoxy resin-based, moisture-resistant, solvent-free, low-viscosity primer material with high impregnation power.
1. APPLICATION AREAS
Coating Systems: Used as a primer before epoxy and polyurethane floor coating systems.
Insulation Systems: It is preferred for substrate preparation in polyurethane and polyurea insulation systems.
Repair and Filling: Contains special silica sand; used for surface repair, filling, and beveling.
2. ADVANTAGES

High Adhesion: Provides excellent adhesion to concrete, cement, and mineral-based surfaces.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
Surface Preparation:
The surface is used by mechanical methods (blastrack, rotatiger, etc.) should be roughened and cleaned of dust with an industrial vacuum cleaner.
The surface may be damp, but if there is free water present, it must be removed.
The concrete quality must be at least C20/25 and the moisture content must not exceed 6%.
Mixture:
It is set at a ratio of 2 units of component A and 1 unit of component B by weight.
Pour the entire B component into the A component and mix until homogeneous using a 300-400 RPM mixer.
It is recommended to transfer the mixture to another clean container and stir for another 3-4 minutes.
Application Method:
Apply with a roller or notched trowel until the surface is saturated.
If matte spots appear on the surface, a second coat should be applied before it dries.
4. CONSUMPTION AND PACKAGING
Consumption: Depending on the quality and absorbency of the concrete, theoretical values are in the range of 0.300 - 0.500 kg/m².
5. ATTENTION AND SAFETY
Temperature: The application and surface temperature must be between +8°C and +35°C.
Safety: Gloves, goggles, and protective clothing must be used; in enclosed spaces, the environment must be well-ventilated.
Shelf Life: In its unopened original packaging, in dry places and at temperatures above +5°C, it is 12 months.
Contact: In case of skin contact, wash with plenty of soapy water; do not swallow.
