Scent: Odorless formula.
Application Areas: Especially perfect for marine wave (resin art) and decorative artistic applications. Note: Not suitable for thick table castings.
Packaging Structure: 1 kg set (Component A: Resin + Component B: Hardener).
2. Application and Usage Method
Mixture: Slowly pour component B (hardener) into component A (resin).
Mixing: Stir at a slow speed to minimize air bubble formation until a homogeneous and smooth appearance is achieved.
Air Bubble Removal: To achieve a completely transparent and foam-free result, preferably pass the prepared mixture through a vacuum machine.
Casting: Pour the mixture into a dry, clean mold and allow it to dry at ambient temperature until it hardens completely.
Specifications
Accurate Measurement: Be sure to use a sensitive scale to ensure that the mixing ratio is exactly correct. The product is double-component, it is never cured without mixing.
Thickness Limit: Comply with the specified application thickness limits. Low thickness may cause delayed drying, while excessively high thickness may lead to heating, burning, or yellowing.
Ambient Temperature: Do not heat the product externally during mixing. Maintain operation at constant room temperature.
Foreign Matter: Do not mix any foreign materials or solvents into the product that are not compatible with the system.
Storage: Store unused products between 10°C and 30°C, away from direct sunlight, with the packaging lids completely closed. Products that have been stored for a long time may show yellowing inside the packaging.
Safety: Use appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, mask) during application and avoid skin contact.
