3. Featured Technical Details High Concentration (High-Pigment): The formula is extremely concentrated. In this way, it provides high opacity even with a very small amount of use; it also allows to obtain transparent (transparent) tones by reducing the number of drops. Excellent Dispersion: Does not cause precipitation, flocculation or phase separation in the resin. It blends easily and provides a smooth appearance. Advanced Fading Resistance: It is resistant to sunlight and UV rays thanks to the high-quality pigment structure in its content, it does not fade or change color over time. Solvent-Free & Odorless: Environmentally and user-friendly, can be applied safely in enclosed spaces. 4. Usage Methodology and Mixing Recommendations Dosing: Shake the bottle thoroughly before adding the pigment to the epoxy mixture. Mixing Sequence: After mixing the Epoxy Resin (Component A) and the Hardener (Component B) in the correct proportion on a precision scale and making it homogeneous, add the liquid pigment drop by drop. Tone Control: Continue adding pigment by slowly mixing until you achieve the desired color intensity. (For an opaque appearance, the pigment content should not exceed 1% to 3% by weight of the total mixture). Application: You can safely apply the fully set mixture to your mold or surface. You can also obtain new intermediate tones by mixing different colors together. 5. Storage and Things to Consider After use, tightly close the pigment bottle cap to prevent air from entering.
